CleanBC Go Electric Fleet Program for Level 2 EV Chargers
Rebates to install electric charging stations for businesses, municipalities and First Nations switching fleets from gas to electric power are being offered through the CleanBC Go Electric Fleet Program.
Administered by the Fraser Basin Council Society, program rebates can cover up to 75% of project costs or even higher for indigenous communities and include:
- $5,000 for facility assessments (up to 50% of costs)
- $30,000 for electrical infrastructure installation (up to 70% of eligible costs)
- $25,000 to purchase and install Level 2 networked EV Chargers (up to $4,000 per charger and 75% of costs)
- $50,000 for DC Fast Charging stations (50kW or higher, up to 50% of costs)
The application process is highly competitive, those looking to take advantage of funding opportunities require partnerships with industry leaders such as FLO who have experience collaborating with companies and organizations across North America
