With Punchout, you can shop with us directly from your procurement system by transferring the shopping cart to our operating system. A webshop-like experience from within your own procurement system, Punchout is perfect if you already have a procurement system in place and want to enter items into your own system first, utilizing your own existing workflows.

Get started
- Search for Gescan via your procurement system
- If you can’t find Gescan, please reach out to one of our Digital Specialists for further assistance
- ‘Punch out’ to Gescan.com to shop directly on our website, but still within your procurement system
- Your order is sent back to your procurement system for approval
- Once the order has been made, it is sent back to the procurement system for confirmation
- Once the order is confirmed, it is sent directly to Gescan for order fulfillment
