This is an ALL-IN-ONE solution for recessed lighting. This LED recessed lighting kit includes a 4.25" IC AND AIR Tight rated remodel housing, 4.25" gimbal trim and a LED PAR16 bulb. These housings are constructed of heavy-duty steel. The mounting system allows a quick, easy and sturdy installation, using the automatic positioning feature. - 2 screw system, "Quick Connect wire connectors and built-in thermal protection. When installing in an insulated ceiling, the use of an LED type bulb is required. Approved for damp locations. Can be installed in ceilings with, up to 1.25'' (32mm) of thickness. New Construction or acoustic tiles. Some municipalities will require the use of a vapor barrier in an insulated application. Verify local building codes prior to installation.
